Texas de Brazil in The Summit at Fritz Farm celebrated their 2nd Anniversary on Tuesday, July 18 with a culinary journey through the Brazilian churrasco tradition.
Guests learned to create an authentic Caipirinha, the national drink of Brazil, in a hands-on mixology class before indulging in the full, rodizio-style menu.
Texas de Brazil is best known for their dining experience known as churrasco. They slow-roast meats over open flames, present them to each group’s table and carve the meats in a show of skill and festive offering. The menu is complete with a freshly prepared salad area of over 50 hot and cold selections, and authentic Brazilian desserts and drinks.
Founded, in 1998, Texas de Brazil celebrated their 20th anniversary as the largest Brazilian-American steakhouse brand in the world last October with throwback prices and a private label limited release wine.
For the past two years, Texas de Brazil in The Summit has offered an authentic churrascaria dining experience that blends the unique culture of Brazil, with the generous hospitality of the south.
