天然 砥石 正本山　菖蒲　戸前　軟口 とぎやすい、軟口 研ぎ面以外は養生してあります。 菖蒲は京都天然砥石の中でも歴史が古い。 900年近い歴史を有し、大突、奥殿、中山といった横綱級の砥石が産出されていた梅ヶ畑を代表する鉱山の一つ。品質も中山、奥殿、大突と肩を並べる砥石がとれた山です。 よろしくお願い致します。 Natural Grinding Stone Shohonzan Shobu Tozen Soft Tip Easy to grind, soft mouth Shobu has the oldest history among Kyoto natural whetstones. With a history of nearly 900 years, it is one of the representative mines of Umegahata, where such yokozuna-class whetstones as Daitori, Okudono, and Nakayama were produced.
